Steps to Obtain a Domestic Violence Assessment
- Register for a secure account online, call us at 1-800-671-8589, or register at one of our kiosk locations
- Fill out the initial domestic violence assessment questionnaire online
- Forward a copy of your police report to your evaluator
- Complete a 45- to 55-minute interview with one of our professional evaluators via phone or online video call
- Receive your report via e-mail, typically within five business days (rush service available)
*Note: In some cases, your evaluator may be required to review court paperwork or make a brief telephone call with a character reference on your behalf.
