Under 21 and facing a MIP charge (minor in possession) for drugs or alcohol? This is a stressful situation—even more so if a court, school, or other authority has ordered you to get an independent drug and alcohol evaluation.
Don’t panic: the goal of an underage drug and alcohol assessment is to determine whether or not you may have a substance abuse issue that could benefit from treatment or education instead of a criminal sentence. Plus, with New Directions, getting that evaluation can be more convenient than you think.
Since 2010, our professional evaluators have provided thousands of assessments for clients like you. The services we provide are accepted by 750+ counties across 48 states—including the state of Texas. Here’s how it works.
Start your evaluation with our simple online form or head to one of our local kiosks to register. After you complete the assessment process, your evaluator will e-mail you a report within five business days. We also offer rush service for an additional fee.
