It’s stressful to be involved in a workplace accident or incident—and even more stressful when your employer requires you to get a post-incident drug and alcohol evaluation. We’re here to help simplify the process. Since 2010, we at New Directions have helped thousands of clients with assessments and evaluations required by courts, employers, schools, and other authorities. Our qualified professionals provide assessments that are accepted by courts in 750+ counties across 48 states—including Texas.
If you’re suspected of a workplace drug and alcohol infraction, we can help you get the independent evaluation you need. Here’s how to get started.
*Note:If you are a Department of Transportation (DoT) employee, guidelines require you to complete an in-person evaluation only.
We’re proud of our exceptional record of high-quality service. Thousands of satisfied clients have received assessments from us. We’ve never had any serious complaints, legal violations, or ethical violations.
Every evaluator New Directions works with is a qualified professional who can evaluate disorders including substance abuse. Our online assessment1 services are accepted in 48 states, including Texas.
You can complete the initial questionnaire for your evaluation online or at one of our local kiosks. Once you complete the evaluation process, your evaluator will e-mail you a report within five business days. Rush service is also available for an additional fee.
